I have a new laptop, an LG GRam 17". I've made some notes on setting it up under Debian Linux.
Music (and especially early music). There are some hints for getting soundfonts working on Timidity in there too.

Until recently I was working with the Gelato federation at UNSW. I've been working on IA64 kernel for performance and scalability; recently I've been working on user-mode device drivers

Work

I've put up a description of how Debian used to work on my L715 laptop. Unfortunately, this machine died, and I now have an HP Pavilion instead.

There're also some notes on Hacking the WNDR3700 provide better IPv6 gateway support, NFS and ssh.

My wife has been learning New Testament Greek. Here are a few notes on typesetting Polytonic Greek with LaTeX
